02Context

The problem

HR leaders across markets and services each looked at different numbers, in different tools. They needed one trustworthy view of talent, supply and demand, productivity and attrition.

What I did

04Use cases and decisions

How I decided

01

Design for the role, not the report

Personas across 9+ roles decided what each dashboard puts first, instead of one layout for everyone.

02

Read supply & demand like an EKG

The pulse of supply against demand tells a leader how healthy the business is, so conversations start there.

03

Build components once

Reusable design-system components and clean handover let developers ship new reports faster.

06Outcome

Results and learnings

A consistent set of talent dashboards that leaders can read at a glance. The work gave me a working knowledge of the metrics talent and business leads care about, which shaped every project after it.
